This dangerous intelligence service was formed by the Albanian service SIS, the successor to Sigurimi. During the NATO aggression on the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and later, the ŠIK largely removed the rivals of Hashim Thaci and dealt with the acquisition of weapons for the terrorist KLA. Prior to the aggression, members of the ŠIK were mostly blackmailed and frightened by ethnic Albanian population who did not support the KLA terrorists. At that time, at the head of the SIK, Azem Sulja was Thaci’s uncle, Kadri Veselji, Javit Haliti and other powerful men who still control organized crime today.
The arrival of EULEX strengthened the ŠIK, and members of this intelligence service easily occupied strong positions in all regional KPS directors. It is known that the former director of the KPS Resat Malići has submitted a list to the German BND agents as well as the British MI6 with the names of all members of the SEC, the names of highly-placed members of the EULEX who were on the payroll of the SEC and the names of all employees of the service. After that, Malići was replaced and in his place was placed Spend Mađuni, which is said to be young staff of ŠIK.
In the documents of the US State Department, there is a document linking the Albanian intelligence service SIS with Kosovo’s Shik, in which they write that they are an excellent partner with the US government, and that there is close cooperation in intelligence activities.

The question of why someone becomes an addict and the other is not always up-to-date, especially if adults are in the same or similar social circumstances, family, school or other micro-fortune. The logical assumption is that there is a predisposition of the preference for the illness of narcotics. Although there are no reliable research indicating the existence of a specific psychic personality structure, addicts are more often encountered by persons with particular personality traits: reticence, passivity, aggression. Identity is the core of personality, but it is also a potential force for the development of personality and is a key signpost in monitoring and understanding the way in which a young man moves. A young person today is exposed to greater temptations than ever before, but she is responsible for her own choice.

The arrests were made after some 200 police officers carried out raids in the states of Hesse and Rhineland-Palatinate.
The men had plotted to “kill as many ‘non-believers’ as possible” using a vehicle and guns, prosecutors said.
A 21-year-old man from Offenbach, near Frankfurt, and two 31-year-old brothers from Wiesbaden are the main suspects.
“They had already made contact with different arms dealers, rented a large vehicle and collected financial assets to use for the purchase of guns and the execution of the planned murders,” a spokeswoman for the prosecutor’s office said.
The suspects are aged between 20 and 42 and several are German nationals, the spokeswoman added.
The men have been detained on charges of terrorism financing and criminal conspiracy.
Police seized 20,000 euros (£17,000; $22,500) in cash during the raids, as well as several knives, drugs, a number of electronic devices and documents.
Germany has been on high alert following several jihadist attacks in recent years.
The most deadly was in December 2016 when a man drove a lorry into a crowded Christmas market in Berlin, killing 12 people.
Anis Amri, the Tunisian behind the attack, was shot and killed in Italy four days later.

]]>The conference was opened by Nebojsa Ivanovic, director of the System Training Academy, an institution that, since the implementation of the Law on Private Security, is carrying out a program of professional training for performing physical and technical protection of persons and property and maintaining order at sports events, public gatherings and other gathering places. Our colleagues at the System Training Academy have been conducting training for PMC (Private Security Contractor) and PSD (Peronal Security Detail), which have been internationally certified.
Nebojša Ivanović, a man with great experience, explained to the audience the basic issues related to the possibility of employment in the countries of the Middle East and Africa. He stated that the most important thing is that candidates hold a high school diploma, that they are not punished with criminal responsibility and that they have passed a certain certified training.
“International Terrorism and Prevention” was the first point of this conference, and the word is given to Predrag Balcacanovic, one of the founders and president of the Serbian Association of Bodyguards who, in addition to the System Training Academy, is the only one in Serbia with serious training for bodyguards with international licenses. Their certificates are recognized in over forty member states of the World Association of Bodyguards.
Predrag Balcacanovic referred to the problem of poor cooperation between the state and private security sectors, which, in the opinion of the Center for Security, Investigation and Defense DBA, is not at the level that should be. We have examples of good cooperation even in the countries in the region, but since private security in Serbia is still In the beginning and that the laws on this issue will change, we expect that cooperation will be strengthened. He also stated that the problems of terrorism are very little processed in Serbia, that the least is done on the prevention of not only terrorism but also other criminal activities.
After Predrag, the attendees were addressed by Jakov Prolic, Director of Instructor 300 from Croatia and Security Advisor from UNOPS. He repeated to the attendees some basic things about the possibility of employment in high-risk areas, explained the difference between CP (Close Protection) and PMC (Private Military Contractor), working conditions, training and everything that matters. What has been said by Mr. Prolic are the basic and most important things that you did not have anywhere to hear. Otherwise, Mr. Prolic has not only been training for years, he has also carried out the work of security advisers at the UNOPS mission in Somalia. All the information that was presented was received first-hand and from the right man.
Training course:
SIA license – 14 days or training according to Israeli standards – 21 days (you can work with one of these two lance but the Israeli concept is much better and more acceptable)
Salary:
From $ 3,500 to $ 12,000
Conditions:
High school diploma
The candidate does not have a criminal record
It’s important to note that nobody guarantees you a job, because it depends exclusively on the candidate, but you certainly have the help of Mr. Prolic who teaches you how to conduct an interview for the job, which is an important item.

]]>For every conviction, KFOR’s behavior, whose representative Vicenza Grazo has stated that they will not interfere because it was a police action. Does that mean that Albanians can fall to the North every day and on the pretext that the police action is to arrest a 3/4 more citizen? Also, a statement by KFOR spokespersons that the situation is peaceful and stable is, at the very least, a humiliation for Serbs who did not sleep all night because of the brutal force of Albanians. It is extremely difficult in these situations to remain calm but also to restrain the people who are justifiably afraid of their neighbors not to go out on the streets and to set up barricades or to be self-advocated to protect themselves from the terror of the Albanian police, “Zivotic said. He adds that the latest developments have revealed what many feared – that there is no Serb to protect anyone in Kosmet.
Finally, the masks fell, KFOR and NATO knew that violence was being prepared, but they all comforted us not to come to him, as was confirmed by the president of Serbia. We must not allow us to provoke us because the Albanians of the larger scale conflict are the only options that can achieve the goal, which is ethnically pure Kosovo and Metohija, in what we have seen today, but also recently in the Gazivode case they have a tacit consent of NATO and KFOR, and an incredibly lukewarm attitude EU.
]]>The course was led by Stevan Djokic, an investigative and security advisor, a former police officer and a private detective who spent the last 15 years in the private security sector. Relevant issues related to this topic, pedestrian tracking, vehicle, combined, with various devices such as GPS, which course participants could see, were processed. We also talked about legal bases regarding secret surveillance. The emphasis was mainly on the preparation of this operational-tactical action. At the end of the course, the participants were divided into groups and received certain tasks, and afterwards they explained how they performed the same tasks.
The participants of the course were greeted by the president of the International Police Organization, Mr. Ilija Zivotic, as well as the president of the World Police Counter-Terrorism Organization, Mr. Dragan Pantic.
The DBA Security, Investigation and Defense Center will continue to organize courses like this and similar courses after which students will also receive certificates.
